Therapy as a Relational Space
At the heart of therapy is the therapeutic relationship. I aim to create a space grounded in trust, openness, and psychological safety where you can speak freely about experiences that may feel difficult or unresolved.
My practice is rooted in warmth, curiosity, and the belief that therapy can be a space to slow down, make sense of experience, and reconnect with what feels true to you.
I work with people navigating grief, relationships, identity, body image, family expectations, and life transitions, while holding in mind both the personal story and the wider world shaping it.
Therapy with context
Reflective, relational, and gently paced
A way of working that makes room for complexity, emotional safety, and deeper understanding over time.
My journey into psychology has been shaped by a deep interest in how people make sense of themselves, their relationships, and the many expectations they carry. Again and again, I found myself drawn to the emotional layers beneath what people were living through, not only the visible challenges, but the meanings, histories, and systems surrounding them.
Over time, this curiosity became a commitment to creating spaces where people do not have to rush toward solutions. Instead, they can pause, reflect, and begin to understand their experiences with more care and compassion. I came to value therapy as a place where complexity can be held gently, and where emotional clarity can emerge through conversation, trust, and thoughtful attention.

Therapy is a reflective and collaborative process. It is not about fixing what is broken, but about creating a space where your experiences can be explored with curiosity, care, and context. The principles below shape the way I hold the work.
At the heart of therapy is the therapeutic relationship. I aim to create a space grounded in trust, openness, and psychological safety where you can speak freely about experiences that may feel difficult or unresolved.
My work draws from multiple therapeutic perspectives, including relational and systemic approaches. This allows us to explore not only personal experiences but also the broader contexts that shape them.
Rather than offering quick answers, therapy is a process of reflection. Together we explore patterns, emotions, and experiences in ways that allow deeper understanding to emerge over time.
Therapy moves at a pace that respects your emotional safety. Attention is given to how experiences are held in both memory and emotion, allowing space for understanding and healing.
At its core, therapy trusts that you already hold the capacity for insight and growth. My role is to walk alongside you as new understanding and possibilities develop.
